Adult Social Care Connect

Adult Social Care Connect (ASCC) is the one of the points of contact for members of the public, their families, carers and wider agency who would like to speak to ASC for advice, information, guidance from statutory basis of care and support alongside charging, billing residential / nursing and / or to make a referral for services.

ASCC signpost and advise, liaising with Southampton residents re care and support needs including safeguarding concerns. The team triage and manages crisis situations and provide short term interventions to minimise risk to adults with care and support needs and their carer's.
