Safeguarding and Service Quality Team

The Safeguarding and Service Quality Team supports the delivery of Adult Social Care Services with defined standards. They monitor and report on performance against standards, supporting the delivery of this service and implementing improvement activities.

A key component of the team is safeguarding, which includes audits of safeguarding practice. The team work with management and staff to improve safeguarding practice.

The team deals with Stage One Complaints to Adult Social Care Services, ensuring initial complaints are responded to and that any lessons learnt are put into practice.
